About

I see the coaching conversation as a powerful and effective way of creating space.

The space we need to uncover a new sense of possibility, new experiences, and ultimately, our greatest gifts and potential.

I work from the understanding that our own clarity of mind is the greatest tool we have to live a rich and enjoyable life. Whatever that might mean for each of us. Whether it’s more professional growth and fulfillment, greater happiness and direction, or more connection and ease in relationships.

All aspects of our lives are deeply impacted and enriched when we learn how to navigate our changing states of mind and experience.

Earlier in my career, I spent over ten years in creative advertising, working in entertainment as an executive producer and company leader. Following a yearlong sabbatical, I began executive consulting and eventually deepened my study and training in the field of coaching. My approach is grounded in the understanding of the Three Principles, which was originally shared by Sydney Banks.

I currently reside in Southern California, having made my way west after several years living and working in both London and New York.
