About

I see the coaching conversation as a powerful and effective way of creating space.

The space we need to experience something new, to uncover a sense of possibility and, ultimately, to get in touch with our greatest gifts.

I work with a diverse range of clients, supporting them in their personal and professional lives.

This includes navigating work transitions, family dynamics, leadership development or professional growth. I also help individuals seeking greater clarity, fulfillment, and balance in their lives, while addressing issues like overwhelm, anxiety, and overall mental well-being.

Earlier in my career, I spent over ten years in creative advertising, working in entertainment as an executive producer and company leader. Following a yearlong sabbatical, I began executive consulting and eventually deepened my study and training in the field of coaching.

I currently reside in Southern California, having made my way west after several years living and working in both London and New York.
